This privacy statement is a summary of how igloo Regeneration Limited (who manage the Founders Place website on behalf of Newcastle City Council) and Knight Frank (who act as letting agent on behalf of Newcastle City Council) will use your personal information for the purpose of this website.
The information we collect and hold
The information you provide is collected and held by igloo Regeneration Limited and it comes directly from you when you submit your details via the ‘contact us’ form on this website and/or when you contact us directly to register your interest in the Pattern Shop.
We collect and may use it:
- to update you on the progress of the Founders Place development (including via digital newsletters)
- to respond to you when you contact us
- to pass your details on to Knight Frank for the sole purpose of contacting you to provide further details regarding the Pattern Shop or The Pioneer Newcastle. This happens automatically at the point you submit your details via this website
- to pass your details on to Newcastle City Council, who are the owners/landlords of the Pattern Shop property, so they may contact you for the above purposes only, should igloo Regeneration and/or Knight Frank cease to provide these services on their behalf.
Where your information is held
Data submitted through our forms will be stored on this website. Access to the content management system is password protected and limited to a small number of individuals and is subject to our data retention policy outlined below.
Our legal basis for using your personal information
We’ll use your information for the purposes outlined above, only if you have told us you are happy for us to do so. You can stop us using your data at any time by contacting us on enquiries@igloo.uk.net or by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any of the email news updates you receive from us.
Who do we share your information with?

You have certain rights when it comes to your personal information. This includes rights to receive all the information we hold on you, update or erase it, or ask us to stop using it. How we look after your information
We take a number of steps to ensure that any of the information we hold of yours is secure and protected. Including:
- Regular security testing of our web application and server to mitigate the risk of cyber attacks’
- Only requesting the information from you that is essential to the purpose of the website
- Limiting access to your details to a minimal number of individuals.
How long do we keep your information for?
All your information will be deleted from this website’s CMS within 90 days. Data that has been shared with and held by Knight Frank and Newcastle City Council will be held and processed in accordance with their own data protection and data retention policies.
